Crystal Viper - New Video Online
"Stronghold: Under Siege", the new official video clip from the Polish female fronted Classic Heavy Metal band Crystal Viper, can be viewed online.
The track was written for the Stronghold role-playing/dark fantasy game, which will come out later this month through Portal Publishing and their partners worldwide. The song was recorded at the MP Studio in Poland with engineer Mariusz Pietka and producer Bart Gabriel. The "Stronghold: Under Siege" CD single will be added for free to the box with the game, and will be available in very limited edition as a separate disc (on Skol Records). In other news, Crystal Viper released a brand new seven-inch vinyl single on High Roller Records titled "The Wolf And The Witch", earlier this month. The front cover artwork for the single was painted by Chris Moyen, who has previously worked with such bands as Slayer, Beherit, Blasphemy and Trivium.

Crystal Viper - Recorded New Single For RPG Game
After returning from several festivals including Battlefield Metal Fest in Spain, Up The Hammers in Greece, and Manowar's Magic Circle Festival in Germany, and before starting pre-production of the forthcoming, third full lenght studio album, Polish female fronted Heavy Metal squad Crystal Viper, entered the Polish MP Studio to record the "Stronghold: Under Siege" song, for the most awaited board game of the year: Stronghold. The song has been recorded with Mariusz Pietka behind the recording/mixing console, and with Bart Gabriel as the producer. The "Stronghold" single will be released on October 8th as the digital download and CD single, which will be added to the European edition of the Stronghold game. The band is also working on the official video clip for the song, which will feature XIII and XV century knight brotherhoods.
Stronghold is the classic rpg/board game, and will be released in 4 versions: Polish (Portal), German (Phalanx Games), French (Iello) and English (distribution in UKL and Europe: Esdevium Games). The game is one of the biggest, and most monumental production of the famous Portal company: the box with the game will include almost 100 cards, more than 300 wooden elements, more than 130 coins and 2 playing boards. Portal company has already a cult status in the rpg circles, due to bestsellers such as Neuroshima and Monastyr. Crystal Viper - Guitarist Leaves Band, New Single Announced
Crystal Viper have announced that Matt "Gajdek" Gajdzik has left the band, as he decided to concentrate on his own band. The band wishes him all the best, and thanks him for the time he spent with them.
In the next weeks Crystal Viper will also release brand new and exclusive 7" vinyl single on High Roller Records, titled "The Wolf And The Witch". Front cover artwork for the single, has been painted by the legendary Chris Moyen, known from cooperation with bands such as Slayer, Beherit, Blasphemy or Trivium.

Crystal Viper - Update From The Band
Polish female fronted True Heavy Metal act Crystal Viper have recorded a full-length track for the forthcoming "ReUnation - A Tribute To Running Wild" compilation (coming soon on Remedy Records). The song titled "Libertalia" was produced by Bart Gabriel (who also appeared with some backing vocals in the song). Special guest that took part in the recording were: Manni Schmidt of Grave Digger, Frank Knight of X-Wild/Wild Knight, and Lars Ramcke of Stormwarrior. The brand new studio album of the Polish female fronted Heavy Metal band Crystal Viper will be called "Metal Nation", and will be released on February 1st via Karthago Records (CD version) and High Roller Records (limited vinyl version). The album was mixed and mastered by the Grammy nominated Andy La Rocque (King Diamond guitarist), at the Sonic Train Studios (Hammerfall, King Diamond, Evergrey), and produced by Bart Gabriel (Sabbat, Hirax, Kat, Metalucifer). "Metal Nation" also features three very special guests: Manni Schmidt (Grave Digger), Frank Knight (X-Wild) and Lars Ramcke (Stormwarrior). The album cover art was painted by the legedary Chris Moyen (Beherit, Blasphemy, Trivium).

Crystal Viper - New Guitarist Announced
Polish Heavy metallers Crystal Viper have posted the following update on their MySpace blog:
"As some of you probably know, our live guitarist - Rafal "Guras" Gorny - had to leave Crystal Viper due to his day job. We of course remain friends, and Guras will always be part of the Crystal Viper family. Thank you for everything, brother!
We also want to announce, that Crystal Viper has new official guitarist, who filled the slot after Rafal "Guras". His name is Mateusz "Gajdek" Gajdzik (and you may also know his other band, Witchking).
Since Gajdek is band's member for just few days, and had no time to prepare all the material yet, the very next Crystal Viper live show (January 23, Valencia, Spain) will be played with a very special guest on 2nd guitar: Pete Raven of Kruk (who also played with Crystal Viper last year in Germany).
